About us

About us

The company is headed by our Managing Director, Roberta Minty, who is an experienced HR and training expert with outstanding skills in leadership and interpersonal behaviour. Bobbie’s knowledge and experience in business and company management is one of our most important assets. She is highly interactive with our clients, which ensures we maintain close relations with them at all times.

The company’s other Director is Stacey Marsh. Stacey’s working background and knowledge has brought a solid essence to the core of Total Training. In particular, in terms of business processes, company administration and project management.

Steven Thomas is Total Training’s Business Development Manager. The company benefits significantly from Steven’s business development and financial capabilities. He is also a qualified trainer and uses these collective skills in order to work closely with all our clients.

Combining all these qualities, we are in a position to ensure that each of our clients receives a unique service from us, and from this we regularly receive repeat business.

To endorse this ethos, part of our mission statement reads “Our bespoke approach to clients ensures that the service they receive is dynamic, constructive and specific. We ensure that our service is honest and reliable and provided for the benefit of all types of clients, organisations and individuals. Above all, we provide an on going commitment to our clients to make certain that their needs are fulfilled in all eventualities.”

Over the last decade, we have helped organisations in the public and private sector, and have been particularly focused on improving leadership, skills and quality standards in the security industry.

As well as delivering custom development programmes, Total Training Consultancy is an approved provider of City and Guilds, Skills for Security and the National Open College Network qualifications.
