Total Training Consultancy was formed in October 1999. A majority of our work has been Security based, working within government standards, during the eight years we have been trading.   We have also been greatly involved in the personal development of organisations and individuals during this time.

As an approved City & Guilds Provider and working with the National Open College Network, we are experienced in providing structured training programmes, as well as our own tailor made packages.

Additionally we have a wealth of experience in working with individuals to achieve personal development within the workplace.  Our approach to developing people begins and ends with understanding the needs of the individual and the employer.  We work hard to ensure that the client’s ethos remains the core of our service provision.

Our team of staff is run by Roberta Minty, the Managing Director.  Roberta has an extensive Human Resources and Training background.  Her strength as a leader and her understanding of people is the backbone of Total Training Consultancy Ltd.  She is supported by a professional management team, administration staff and training consultants.
