City & Guilds 1884 – Certificate in Conflict Management

City & Guilds 1884 – Certificate in Conflict Management Training Course

The 1884 course is a Level 2, one-day certificated training course which includes a knowledge test.

It has been designed by City & Guilds and is Qualifications Curriculum Authority (QCA) accredited.

There are 3 outcomes that candidates will learn from the course:

Outcome 1 – To assess and reduce the risk of violence in the work environment.

Outcome 2 – To identify behaviour that indicates an escalation towards violence and take appropriate measures to avoid or calm and defuse the situation.

Outcome 3 – To identify post incident support and report the circumstances to provide information for personal and organisational learning.

The course can be delivered according to your specific needs.  We can attend your office premises to deliver the course to your staff or alternatively arrange a suitable venue for your staff to attend the training.

We are happy to discuss any of the above with you, and explain any part of the Conflict Management Training.

Should you wish to do so please contact us.
