Certificate in CONFLICT MANAGEMENT (1884) Level 2
This City & Guilds certified course has been designed to help candidates understand and deal with violence in the workplace. It is particularly relevant for individuals who may be faced with situations involving aggressive or abusive behaviour.
We provide an interactive and realistic approach to this qualification.
The course requires 10 hours of guided learning, and is run over 1 ½ days. It includes a multiple choice question and answer examination on completion on the course.
